All personal accounts must be represented by the person that is being displayed on the account. Users may not pick a music, author or organization account if they do not fit into the requirements listed on the signup form. All music, author or organization accounts must be managed by the actual person or by a determined manager of the music group/solo artist, author or organization. We do not allow any "Jesus Christ" or "God" accounts.

In an effort to keep the site as positive and enjoyable for all, we do not allow any posting of ANY suggestive pictures or video files. This includes any nudity and obviously skimpy clothing. This would also include disturbing gory pictures. We also do not allow the posting of large or obnoxious animated pictures to user's profiles in the form of a guestbook comment or blog reply. These take a long time to load and can also mess up the layout of a user's profile. All pictures that do not comply with our Terms & Conditions are subject to deletion without notification.

All music directly uploaded to ShoutLife must be free of any swear/cuss words and must not contain any sexual references. All linked music and video files to other websites must also abide by the same rules.

We do not tolerate any lewd pictures or severely obscene language. All foul language must be eliminated from private and public messages. Cyber-sex is grounds for immediate deletion of an account. Any form of harrassing or hate speech is not tolerated. In an effort to eliminate gossip and negativity, we do not allow slanderous comments towards ShoutLife, its owners or any members, in public or private messages. We do not allow the posting of sexual preferences or sexual orientation. We do not tolerate any speech that is blatantly and disrespectfully anti-God. Any references condoning the use of illegal substances (drug promotion/use) is not tolerated.

There is to be no linking to outside websites that do not abide by our Terms and Conditions. Do NOT link to any lewd or pornographic websites. Although we do our best to monitor outside links, we cannot take responsibility for the content found on these sites.

We do not tolerate any posting, transmitting or distribution of any unsolicited advertising or promotional materials to other users or to group message boards. This includes the promotion of yourself by sending the same message to many users on ShoutLife. We do not allow advertising/promotion of other sites that may be deemed "competition". "Friend-Adder" software is not allowed on ShoutLife.com. If we find that members are using "Friend-Adder" software on this website, the profiles on ShoutLife will be removed immediately and legal action will be taken against the websites marketing this software. We also do not permit any MLM/Pyramid Organizations to sign up on this site. In an effort to keep the content here fresh and interesting, we do not allow the posting or transmission of chain letters, excessively long messages, unnecessary/repetitive messages or other content that is deemed disruptive. Please respect others when you post on their profiles.

ShoutLife.com operates primarily in a public environment. This means that you should not post any information that you wouldn't want anyone else knowing (example - phone number, address, IM screen names, specific location, email address).
We feel that everyone should also proceed with caution when meeting and communicating with strangers. Although most of the people here are honest individuals, not everyone is who they say they are. Be very careful with meeting people in person if you do not know them well. If you do decide to meet, do so in a public arena in the company of someone you know and trust.
