I am a disabled pastor because of mini strokes that occurred in April of 2006. This disability at this time does not allow me to fulfill my calling as a pastor in a local church, though it has not deterred my desire to fulfill the GREAT COMMISSION the Lord gave to us in Matthew chapter. 28 and verses 19-20.
The Lord has led me to take the Gospel to all the world (via the internet). The devil is moving about the world as a raging lion seeking whom he may devour. I want to use the internet to stop him from having free reign on it to take God's people to HELL with him. The only reason I'm on this internet is to lift up and glorify JESUS CHRIST.
MY son and I have built an internet broadcast station here in Jackson's Gap, Al for the purpose of telling the GOOD NEWS-- JESUS CHRIST LOVES YOU; we are streaming all over the world 24 hours a day with southern gospel music and testimonies and preaching of God's word. This is an awesome undertaking, but in Luke 1:37 we have this promise--"For with God nothing shall be impossible." I am asking you and your church to join me in prayer and financial support that this broadcast may continue to lift up the name of Jesus across the vast expanses of the world.
There may be some of your members, or members of their families, serving in the war in Iraq, wouldn't it be a blessing if they could join in the service of their home church (via the internet). To be able to hear a familiar voice telling them how much we are praying for them, and to tell them how much Jesus loves them.
I know that you will agree with me in saying that the lost are not beating a path to the church, so we must take the Gospel to them. People are all the time surfing the web, wouldn't it be great if they heard a song being played or a word being spoken, that would cause them to stop just a moment and the Holy Spirit have an opportunity to speak to that heart. Oh how the angels would rejoice over one soul coming to the Lord.
