DRAW NEAR TO GOD AND HE WILL DRAW NEAR TO YOU




DIRECT GUIDANCE FROM GOD
Elijah was a man with the same passions we have and yet His communication with God was
a supernatural occurrence because he dared to draw near to God with an undivided heart. James 5:17. Those who believe and are totally surrendered to the will of the Father will seek and to be filled with the fullness of Him. Jesus prayed that we be one with Him , in spiritual unity with Him just as He is in spiritual unity with the Father. John 17:20-26. Paul Prayed that we might be filled with the fullness of God. Filled with the love, knowledge, wisdom and power of God. Ephesians 1:16; Ephesians 3:14; Colossians 1:9-11.


WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN?
God does this so that the world may know that the Father send Jesus and that He loves and works in and through us just as He did Jesus. We in undivided surrender to the will of the Father are to allow the Holy Spirit total control. Nothing held back. We seek and are empowered by God's Spirit by faith. We are to speak and act by the instructions of the Spirit of God only.1 Corinthians 1:5. Who teaches us all things. John 14:26; 1 John 2:27; Luke 12:12. It is the Spirit that causes us to understand the deep things of God. We are enriched by God's Spirit in our knowledge, our speech and our actions, proving valid the truth of His intentions for those who choose to believe Him before the whole world. The Spirit of God however does not force or drive one into wild compulsive neurotic actions. He ministers to us and through us in gentle dove like actions. He strengthens our weak human personality and empowers us to do His will. (The works of Jesus.) He does not over power us or force us. The issue at stake here is that we may be fulled with His fullness and through that fullness at work within us Christ is glorified. The main purpose of this is that He may bring other people under the Lordship of Christ by the powerful effectual working of His Spirit in our lives.

Our Father desires that we come short in no gift that will enable us to be as Jesus every day of our lives that we remain on earth. Is this obtainable? Of course it is or our Father would not ask it of us. He says, He has ask nothing of us that is to hard for us to do. He freely offers us the fullness of Himself to do it with. We struggle and worry about what we can't do. Instead of accepting what we can do by the power of His Spirit and doing it. God commands us to pursue love and desire all the Spiritual gifting that He has provide for us to live, love, look and act like Jesus.
1Corinthian14:1, 12:1-7. Even that we may do the greater works which Jesus assures us are ours to do, if we are believers. John 14:12. God's says be strong, ( in the power of My might Ephesians 6:10) bold and of good courage for I will be with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:8; Proverbs 28:1; Philippians 1:14; Ephesians 6:19.

May you be filled each day with the knowledge of God's will with all wisdom and spiritual understanding. And be wiser than the enemy, yet harmless as doves in your expression of His love. May the fullness of His Spirit continually fill your life.

Know that you are always in my thoughts and prayers.



As priest of the Most High God (Rev. 1:6) all believers are to offer the sacrifice of praise to Him along with our loving service to others. The fruit of our lips giving thanks To Him.

Are you saying praise is no sacrifice for me?! I love to sing praises to Him and tell Him of my love. Praise is not just an expression from our lips, which lifts us up in our soul and makes our flesh feel good. It requires us to slaughter the intruding desires of our flesh, such as pride, fear, lust, slothfulness, (laziness) etc. And to relinquish a goodly amount of our treasured time to do it in. Anything and everything that threatens to diminish or interfere with our worship of our Lord. Jesus sacrificed all of these things in His life to redeem us. His flesh was ripped to shreds. He was beaten beyond recognition! And even as He hang on the cross, blooded and bruised, much of the crowd jeered and taunted Him mercilessly with insults. Even after He had died, He had a spear tigerishly thrust into His side. From which blood and water rushed forth. And all of this from the very ones for whom He was dying to redeem. His emotions were stretched to the limit. Yet He cling to that cross and sacrificed everything that separated us from the Father. He became sin that we might become righteousness. 2 Corinthians 5:21. Making this the very basis of our praise to and of Him. It is by Him, (by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit that now dwells in us), in Him, with Him, and through Him that we offer sincere sacrifice and expressions of praise to Him with our whole being! Our praise is only successful when we keep our focus on Him and His sacrifice for us. It is through the work of the cross, His blood, the forgiveness of our sin and the gift of life that His love purchased for us, that keeps praise a living sacrifice in our lives. Loyalty to Jesus cost us much in this life. It may cost us the reproach of friends, family, status in the eyes of the world and even physical death. We must recognize our fleshly tendency to become lackadaisical. Study God's word and practice the ways of Christ. And with faith, persistence, and patience avoid it. To love Him is to obey Him. However, the reward of doing this is that departure from worldly ties results in our entering into the fullness of His love and reaping all the benefits of His grace. Praise Him for He alone is worthy of all of our praise! Revelation 4:11, 5:9,12, 19:5. Does your life make a joyful noise in the ear of God? Psalm 66:1, 81:1, 95:1-2.

May oceans of love and rivers of grace be the song that your life sings joyfully to the world and all those who observe you lifestyle each day. Even if they taunt, jeer at, and disgrace you unto death let it be only love that they observe in response to their torture. And let God's praise be CONTINUALLY in your mouth. Hebrews 13:15.

And it is I who have won the victory over all of your troubles and opened before you the door to the abundant life of my salvation. John10:10. It is I who fight your battles. 1 Samuel 17:47. Behold, all those who were incensed against you shall be ashamed and disgraced; They shall be as nothing. And those who strive with you shall perish. You shall seek them and not find them. Those who contend with you, those who war against you shall be as nothing. As a nonexistent thing. For I, the Lord Your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you; Fear not, I will help you.
Isaiah 41:11-13. Do not look about you and be anxious. Rejoice in me and I will deliver you. Isaiah 41:10.
