God, first and foremost. Most of the songs that I have written and performed have been direct productionof the relationship I have with him. Jesus Christ who is the lover of my soul and the Holy Spirit leading and guiding me. My family (Charles Sr., Debra, Cory, Keyiana, Sheryl, Tawanna, Minnie Lil Cory, Keyara, Kiera) have a lot to do with influencing me. They know more about me than and human being. They know my good and bad, ups and downs, and they can agree with the situations and topics addressed in my music. All of my friends who have been with me from the beginning also influence me. David Magee, my youth pastor who first started the R.E.E.L movement played a role in the foundation layed in the growth in my walk in christ. along with Ricky Thomas and all of the youth of Mt. Carmel Missionary Ministries. (Love ya'll We TAKEN OVER nationwide). All of the people I have met since I have been in Nashville. Pastor Hockett of Born Again Ministries has been an influence. His calling to "Make The Word Plain" has given me confidence to present music in a way that can not only be understood by all, but can touch people personally so they can really relate the the music, not just listen to it. Everyone at Born Again have been an influence just by showing so much love when my family came to Nashville after Hurricane Katrina. (We love ya'll and thank ya'll) C/Ya at Born Again, representing for the Young Adults in nashville. Tianna, you already know. All my friends and teachers at TSU. Theis passion for music is awesome and it is shown through thier teaching and performing. They are a blessing. All of my Family, ALL OF YA'LL(Given them to shout outs.) Every single christian who is representing christ behind the mic and in everyday life. Ya'll have truly encourage me to keep focus and not lower my standards for no one. And of course, all of you who have decided to support this ministries. We are all walking the same walk and represnting the same God. Christ is head and that's makes us all brothers and sisters. I Love Ya'LL. Iron sharpen iron. We gotta continue to sharpen one another!!!

Sounds like Eternal . Eternal believes he has a very unique sound, He is really not trying to be compared with anybody else. He says he justs want to do what God called me to do the way he what's me to do it.
"My style is very poetic and storyline oriented. Most of the song I write require you to really listen and take in every single word. But, I can also switch it up when required"

ETERNAL
A Name given to represent the ministry much more than the artist. Eternal is the effect that which the ministry should have on the people who hear it. So once the artist is long gone, the opportunity for relationship with Christ will be ever present. Thus, ETERNAL
Born in New Orleans La, Charles E. Taylor Jr. (Eternal) has been gifted with music to Reach, Educate, and Empower Leaders (R.E.E.L). A leader at birth, Eternal received his call into music ministry at the age of 15 without even knowing it. His first performance was at H.Y.P.E's first annual "Youth Night". Even though he only planned to perform for that one event, God would soon inform him the he has a much bigger purpose that he wanted Eternal to fulfill through music.
"I remember when God spoke to me about what he wanted me to do concerning this ministry. He told me to be transparent. 'Be transparent about every aspect of life; sex, drugs, money, school, family, etc; establish waking in total relationship with Me in every aspect. Tell them that I am the God of their life, not just the spiritual aspect.' Then he gave me a simple vision statement.

As God spoke to him, God had already given the vision to his brother for the record company and thus R.E.E.L Records was born. Now, with God's anointing, Eternal believes through true relationship, every young person will reach greater intimacy with God that surpasses any they have ever felt and allow him to "Takeover" their lives as they "Takeover on the earth!!!
"With R-n-R, (Relationship not Religion) being the vision statement God gave me to govern my ministry, my goal is to open up my personal life, testimonies, and relationship with God on a daily basis to exhibit the fact that God is the Lord of our entire lives, not just our spiritual walk. Praying that through my own transparent state, everyone who falls under the sound of this ministry will allow their relationship with God to flood every aspect of their lives and become comfortable in seeking him in "EVERY" situation and for "EVERY" answer."
One of the two artists of R.E.E.L Records, Eternal is featured on the record labels first compilation album, Introducing R.E.E.L Records. Eternal is featured on this CD alongside Emanuel, R.E.E.L Records other featured artist, as they present some of the things God laid on their heart to share with the world. Songs including "I'm God", "Cover You", and the new hit single "Let it go" featuring hot new producer Rodger "Teco" Trent and new female MC T-Wann. Eternal is currently working on his solo debut album which is coming soon. Until then, you can look for Eternal performing live at spots near you. Also, Eternal has recently debuted as an actor in the hit play "Reflections", written by Pastor Horace Hockett and staff and directed by Dr. Lawrence James. Eternal knows that everything God gives him to share with the world has to first be evident in his life.
"But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more." If God wants to use me as an example to the world, than I have to stay connected to Him so I can walk out all the things he wants me to say. My relationship in Christ should be and WILL be a direct reflection what I share in my music.
