My love for Grace Livingston Hill, Hilda Stahl, Zane Gray, and all the other writers of western stories who wove a love story in the era of by-gone days. My mother and dad were toddlers when their families moved by covered wagon across parts of Oklahoma, Kansas, and Colorado. I really listened to their stories.

This spring my second book, Elk's Resolve, will be released by Tate Publishing and Enterprises. Yesterday, March 31, 2009, I received my advance copies to sell to my friends and family and on my blog. (nansjourney.blogspot.com) Only a short 14 months ago my first book, Nan's Journey was released! My life has not been the same.
I am excited about writing stories with the Gospel sprinkled among the pages. The Lord has given me many opportunities to get the message of His love and forgiveness out to the public. Last year I had the priviledge of holding 30 events, booksignings, and speaking events. Whew, that was a busy year! I have learned a lot and happy with the lessons taught.
Book III, Luke's Legacy has been written and has received an award of honorable mention by the christianstorytellers.com. I will be submitting it for consideration of publication before the year is through. I need to demonstrate that there is a following for the Nan's Heritage Series.
