The Reelphat Media Group was formed in the late summer of 1996 when E. Joseph Daniels, current CEO, decided to expand his talents into the music production area. Since 1996, three gospel projects were released and sold, 38 performing artists have completed projects with the production team, and Over 60 separate projects were recorded, ranging from R & B to gospel to rap. Mastering services have been added to the recording facility, and the recording and production equipment has been continuously upgraded and maintained. Currently, the Reelphat Media Group has 4 artists under its umbrella scheduled for release. The current CEO, "Jody" or "Reelphat" as he is affectionately known, is the primary producer and recording engineer with over 23 years of recording experience and 17 years of production experience. He is currently registered with ASCAP for publishing purposes and has the ability to compose, write, arrange, perform, record and master any projects of which, he is aligned. His production experience has seen him work closely with other producers who have a combined 4 Grammy's, and millions of sales to their production credit and his abilities cover a broad range of musical styles.
The Reelphat Media Group is the parent company of which, several subsidiaries are a part. They are:
Reelphat Productions
Reelphat Productions are equipped to handle all phases of pre-production, composition, writing, arranging and studio performance of projects. These projects range from musical performance to radio and television commercials.
Reelphat Recording & Mastering Studios
Reelphat Recording & Mastering studios accommodate the recording and mastering of various projects ranging from musical compositions to commercials.
Reelphat Gospel
This division is solely dedicated to overseeing the initiation and completion of spiritually based media to the extent of presenting final media that is ready for the consumer market.
Reelphat Music
Reelphat Music is the facet of Reelphat Media that handles the initiation and completion of all secular based projects within the range of producing consumer ready media from each project.
Reelphat Entertainment
Reelphat Entertainment acts as a management facet for various projects that are derived and completed within the Reelphat Media Group.
Each of the five entities are capable of functioning seperately or collectively.
