I am an ordained minister of the Gospel; this is my fifty-first year.

By the way ... so many of you have asked ... I am most of all, a Christian. I am a member of a local Baptist church and have served in Baptist churches but I am a Christian. My faith is in The Lord Jesus Christ and my salvation lies in what He did for me at Calvary and not the church. I love the church; my wife and I are faithful in attending ... we always have been. I preach and teach ... we sing and have been musicians for most of our lives.

My deepest love is for the Word of God and helping others love it all the more. I am a teaching preacher, a musician (that is I who is playing all the instruments that you are listening to right now (my latest CD)).

I have been a full time pastor, assistant and minister of music.

I was born at Charleston, West Virginia so many years ago the calendar broke. I haven't been home since dad died in 1978 (except for a quick drive through after a revival meeting in Pennsylvania). I bet it has changed.
