Diane Miller is a Christian singer/songwriter whose artistry blends genuine lyrics with distinctive vocals and versatility. Whether performing in an intimate coffeehouse setting or an on-stage concert venue, her honest lyrics reflect life experience and give evidence to the purpose behind her passion.

"Music is a powerful force, and as Christians, we have the most important message in the world. It is my hope that the music I sing and write will share the truth of the incredible, life-changing power of Jesus Christ!"

As a writer and singer Diane's main genres are adult contemporary,pop/rock, praise and worship, and acoustic.
Her musical interests and stylistic influences are varied, from Rich Mullins to the Beatles, the blues, the great hymns of the church, and the bluegrass and country music of her parents.

Diane is a regular part of the music ministry in her home church of the Nazarene, where she sings in the choir, and works with youth music ministry.
She also serves as a part-time worship leader and works with the praise and worship team at Harvest Church of the Nazarene in Arab, Alabama, and is also a member of the band "Wellspring."

Diane studies with Roger Beale at the Voice House in Atlanta, Georgia, and is currently working on a CD project in Huntsville studios. She has also completed an EP with Creative Soul Records.

Her original songs have placed in the finals at the Babbie Mason Music Conference International in Atlanta, Georgia, and with the Mountain Valley Arts Association. She has also been a two-time finalist in the Babbie Mason vocal group competition.

She is a member of NSAI, and member and co-chair of North Alabama Christian Songwriters Association.
Her music speaks of life experience in an honest, heartfelt style, and offers life-changing hope through Jesus Christ.

...Evidence of His Faithfulness...   1/17/2007 - 4:42 PM
There is not a lot of biographical detail in the "About Me" section of my profile, but as I think of the significant events in my life, what stands out is the Lord's incredible faithfulness! I accepted Jesus at age 12, and didn't really understa... (login or sign up to read more)

God who redeems!   1/12/2007 - 9:40 PM
I think only recently have I begun to more fully understand what a "Redeemer" God really is! I know I had sung and said that word many times without realizing all the ways He redeems us! Now I know that not only does He redeem our very lives, saves... (login or sign up to read more)

Hi Diane,

It doesn't matter whether you're Baptist, Methodist, Pentecostal, Conservative, or Liturgical you need to be aware of what God is doing in these days through the Messianic movement. The more we understand the roots of our faith in Judaism, the more we can understand what God wants us to know to make that faith grow.

It doesn't matter whether you like rock, country, contemporary, gospel, or hip hop, you need to grow in your musical tastes, and sample the rich tapestry of Messianic Jewish music that is available today. To that end, I would like to introduce you to two amazing Messianic artists, whose musical style is very unique, and totally wonderful.

Deborah Kline-Iantorno's music springs from her Jewish and Puerto Rican roots, and her years as a night club singer. Her songs are exciting, her voice is gorgeous, and the message she brings is right on.

Straight from Jerusalem, Israel, the songs of Rivka Whitten are alive and fresh. Her music is a unique mix of Yemenite Israeli vocals along with rhythms from around the world, and a gifted group of instrumentalists.

Please come on by, and check out a couple of amazing songs that I have put on my page, then you can go to www.newfaithfavorites.com and listen to all of them.

Thanks,

Jim

Hey there!

As a former musician, I'm looking forward to getting to know you better and learning all about your work. Meanwhile, I hope you enjoy what's left of this rainy weekend (at least, here in Baltimore! ).

May the good Lord shower you and yours with joys too numerous to count!

Blessings,
Loree
