About Neal Cooper
Neal Cooper knew his calling from an early age. Singing was his passion and he began performing at schools and area churches in grade school. "I've been singing most of my life, it was truly God that led me to pursue a career in music. When I graduated high school, I was given a full music scholarship to Gordon College that I didn't even pursue; I didn't even audition for it." During his time there and at Georgia State University he was able to hone his musical skills. For five years following college Cooper toured as a front man for various bands, which eventually led him to pursue a solo career. Neal Cooper has made his debut as a Solo Artist with his first album You Are. From ballads to pop melodies You Are is definitely an album you must listen to! The title track declares the beauty that Christians can find in themselves if they stop in the craziness from their day-to-day lives. The uplifting track Chasing Butterflies was written for his wife and it reflects that happiness that one can feel when God's blessing between a man and women is experienced through Christ. This album was produced and engineered by Michael Johnson (Front Man for Smalltown Poets) and mixed by Todd Olsen (from The Waiting) both having their hands in the mix, along with Stephen Leiweke they have created a fresh new sound that people will embrace. Cooper currently resides in Atlanta, GA and has been the Worship Pastor at Community Bible Chruch in Stockbridge, GA for the past 3 years. To find out more on Neal Cooper go to: www.nealcooper.com
