Writing is my passion, and right now a top priority. I also am a watercolor artist and enjoy this as often as possible. Also love to cook and enjoy walking four to five times a week.(Have to walk in order to cook) My granddaughters, Hayley and Noelle, keep me laughing and on my toes constantly. Spending time with friends and family and Bible study, keeps me focused. Knowing that I am loved and known by God are the center truths of my life.

About Sharon Bernash Smith
Married and raising two sons in rural Washington State, Sharon wore many hats...pre-school teacher, midwife's assistant in a home birth practice, and a Pregnancy Resource Center counselor for two decades.
Now, as an author/speaker, Sharon desires to touch lives for Christ through the written word and her own life experiences. Her first novel, "As a Bird Wanders," was released at Christmas '08, by Oak Tara publishing. The second book in the McLeod family saga, "Old Sins/Long Shadows, well be released in '09. Sharon's also been published by Focus on the Family, AMG Publishers, and is currently an editor for Pregnancy Resource Center newsletters. She serves in women's ministry as a Bible study leader, and contributes to daily devotionals and children's curriculum at her church in Washington.
