I'm baaaack. I just read your little "update" box at the top of the page and went to look at the top ten list. The last time I looked you were there! How could you drop from the top 10 to not even in the top 50? I'm sure it's a computer glitch and the next time the computer shuffles -- or whatever it does to determine these ranking formulas -- you will be back. I think this same thing has happened to Michelle Sutton, and now that I look, she's disappeared as well. Crazy. And how did I get to the #5 spot? I don't think I've ever been that far up before. Well, I'm sure I'll go back down once the computer rights itself. ha! In the meantime, these ranking numbers don't mean a thing anyway. They certainly have zero to do with an author's sales figures--or even popularity in the actual marketplace, you know what I mean? I wouldn't give it another thought.
