Ask Yvonne about herself and this would be her answer: "I love my God, I love my family, I love to worship the Lord and to lead others into His presence." Yvonne has been singing and writing songs nearly all her life. Her mother claimed she sang before she talked, singing complete songs by the time she was three years old, many songs she heard in church. Yvonne's first time singing in church was at five years old. She has early memories of sitting in her room or outside on her swing making up songs about anything and everything.
Yvonne grew up with a very profound love and knowledge of God. She continued singing at school and church events through her school years and during this time she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Several years later while attending Bible Colege Yvonne was introduced to the contemporary praise and worship music we know now. She was hooked and felt she had finally found her "niche". She began leading worship for groups ranging from toddlers through seniors and in large and smaller church settings.
She currently shares music and leads worship at conferences, church services and events across the country. She has recorded three albums, "Greatly Praise You" in 2006 and "Journey to Your Throne" in 2008 and "Beloved" just this year. Yvonne is also a teacher and an author and is writing her first book. Her passion is worshiping the Lord and her greatest desire is to lead as many into the manifest presence of God as possible.
