********** A Native of a Baptist farming family in upstate New York, I spent much of my childhood on the farm and in Church. Venturing beyond, I obtained my Associates Degree in Accounting from SUNY Canton and my Bachelors of Science Degree with a Major in Accounting & a Minor in Finance at SUNY Empire State College. Now living in New Jersey I am a Sr. Accountant/Sr. Financial Analyst for a large telecommunications firm and a full time single mother of one. Growing up in Church I have always believed in God and accepted Jesus as my Savior at a young age. However the road of life has a habit of being bumpy and after spending years trying to be in control of my own life and telling God how I wanted it to be, He helped me understand that He knows best what my life is meant to be. Since letting go of control and allowing God to move me, my life has become a series of divine appointments. For many years I had been involved with the youth at our church. In 2005 I participated in the Billy Graham counselor training program then attended the New York City Crusade as a counselor. Since then God has provided a new home, a new church and a new outlook on life. I am the Nursery Coordinator at our Church along with being the teacher of our toddler group. With my son, I also donate time to help with various other outreach programs. Recently I have been introduced to the Wings of Hope magazine through a friend active in Second Life. I am not very familiar with the virtual world, but I am very familiar with Real Life and more importantly The Word of God. I am an avid Christian Music enthusiast who has a heart for serving the Lord. Together with WOH I look forward to reaching beyond myself and sharing God's Love and Hope with the world. I have Faith that God's plan for my life & WOH is the best. I look forward to serving God by serving "every world" with WOH. Always Remember Proverbs 3:5-6!
