Coming to you from California's Central Valley, in the shadow of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Lead Me To The Rock Radio, is founded on the principle of bringing the encouraging word of Christ, through the music and programming of the Christian community. Music is a wonderful expression of the creativity given to us by God, a way in which we may worship Him, and is a source of enjoyment as well. With the far reaching aspects of the Internet, we feel blessed of God, using Lead Me To The Rock Radio to reach the whole world; to build up the body of Christ, and prayerfully bring others to the saving grace that only comes from Him.
Our Mission
1) To encourage believers with God centered and Christ exalting contemporary music and programming.
2) To prayerfully draw non-believers to Christ through the same music and programming.
3) To proclaim the supremacy of Christ over all things.
The music selection is contemporary in nature; Christian Adult Contemporary, CHR, and Christian Rock.
We offer five types of audio streams. Three types are for broadband users; 128k mp3, 128k Windows Media and 64k mp3. Additionally, a 32k Windows Media stream and a 32k aac+ stream (sounds great for those with limited bandwidth) are available for Dial-up listeners. The Windows Media streams are Port 80 compliant, for those behind restrictive firewalls
