I realize that in the grand scheme of things I am a nobody. I am relatively
unknown and it has been a while since I have done anything commercially as a
solo artist. However, God has entrusted me with a music ministry and I will
make every attempt to do it in the spirit of excellence and with
professionalism.
However, I can not do it alone. I really need you guys and am very thankful
for your support. You are all far more important to this than just passing
out flyers etc...
My success will rely heavily on your individual strengths.

USE YOUR TALENTS - YOUR PERSONALITY - YOUR UNIQUE SKILLS and YOUR CONNECTIONS
to help get the word about me and the ministry God has given me out to as
many people as possible.
You will do that by....
- Getting people interested in my music and ministry
- Persuading them to visit my website. JoeyAnderson.com points to my SL
profile and is much easier to say and remember.
- Helping sell my CDs and other merchandise
- Creating a "buzz" by regularly talking about/mentioning to people/sending
SL bulletins or blogging about something new on my page like silly videos or
new photos, a new product in my store, a new song, a Joey Anderson Concert or
Event or random thing that has to do with me in general.
- When the CD comes out.... helping get them for sale on consignment in your
local Christian Music or Book store and calling your local Christian radio
station and bugging them to death to play my music!
- Putting up/handing out flyers or posters in Christian Music/Book stores, other retail stores, churches, youth hangouts, telephone poles promoting the release of the CD and/or an upcoming Joey Concert or event in the area.
- Posting my latest promotional banners on all of your profiles (Myspace, SL, Facebook etc)and telling people they are there by bulletins or blogs.
- Collecting info for me. Get their name, age, email address, home address etc I will add them to my mailing lists. The more the better! You can also get them to sign up for the email list on my webpage but it is best to get the info and send it to me directly just to make sure it actually happens. =)
- Helping at my concerts/events.... Loading in/setting up/working and maintaining my merchandise table/tearing it down and loading it back up.
Passing out materials before the concert/event to people in line or as they enter the venue.
Passing out and collecting mailing list sign up sheets from concert attendees.
Helping seat people if needed.
General Security.
Selling bottled water/drinks to people waiting outside in line or in the lobby.
General Crowd Control. (not the big stuff)
- Recruiting your church youth group to help with the above event/concert stuff.
- Work under your Street Team Captain respectfully. (More about that in a minute)
- Keep Up-to-date by checking this group at least once per week and anytime there is bulletin/blog notification from me, your team captain or anyone else on the team. Communication is very very very important for this to be successful!
- Come to ALL Street Team Online Chat Room Meetings! I will make every attempt to work around everyone's schedules. So please try not to miss! =)
- What happens in the team...stays in the team. You guys wouldn't ever gossip now would ya?

Also, I need ALL of you to make sure you have ALL of the Street Team members on your friends list...at least on Shoutlife. They don't have to be in your top. Do that tonight and nobody reject anybody please! =)

MISSIONS: Here I will post the "tasks" I need you all to do. Beside the task will be a "Point Value" These points are what completing that particular task earn you towards rewards and free prizes! For example....
11/20/08 ADD ALL TEAM MEMBERS TO YOUR FRIENDS LIST 10 points
(by the way I am giving everyone who does this 10 points for real)

11/20/08 Persuade 4 people to add my supernatural banner link to their profiles or pages. 25 points

When you complete a task online you need to take a SCREENSHOT of it and post it under COMPLETED MISSIONS. If it isnt an online task then take a pic or video of the completed task and post it there. When I see the post I will log your points. Also, from time to time, I will look through them and select a random Completed Missions Post to give a prize to!
At certain times throughout the year I will give the team members with the top amount of points cool free stuff! Recruiting new Street Team members will also get you points. I must approve all new ST members and they MUST be on shoutlife and join the Street Team Group!
COMPLETED MISSIONS: Where you will post your "proof of mission completion" pic and links etc
PROMO MATERIALS: If a mission requires a specific Poster/Flyer/Promo Photo/web graphic or banner this is where I will upload them for you to access for downloading, posting and/or printing. If a mission requires a poster/flyer/other item that I need to have printed or manufactured myself then I will mail it to you.
GENERAL: Anything and everything.
CONTESTS: I will run fun contests for you guys to compete against each other and win stuff...from time to time. Yehaaaw!
