For the past 10 years, Paul has created several successful multi-milion dollar e-commerce operations. ShoutLife.com's structure evolved from a community website he created for his former college. Paul performs most of the engineering, programming (via Cold Fusion) and site design for ShoutLife.com.

Paul lives in Minnesota with his wife Laura and his children, Zachary, Bailey, Austin and Cameron.

Steve McLellan
 Director of Operations/Co-Founder

Steve has a history of managing and operating community systems. Since he was 13 years old, he has been involved in various bulletin board systems. He came to ShoutLife.com after selling an ISP that he launched in 2002. Steve handles all user interactions and requests and is also our contact for all organizational accounts on ShoutLife.com.

Steve lives in Minnesota with his son, Andrew.

Steve Schletty
 Director of Software Development

Steve has been designing and selling intricate web applications with extreme functionality for years. At ShoutLife.com, he exists as the resident JavaScript, AJAX, PHP expert. Steve also performs all of the graphic design for ShoutLife by producing all of the original artwork for all media products (business cards, t-shirts, etc...).

Steve lives in Minnesota with his wife Marisha and his children, Sophia and Nora.

Hauns Froehlingsdorf
 Director of Information Technology

With deep roots in the computer field since 1981, Hauns has been working with Minneapolis internet companies since 1995. For the last five years, Hauns has held the position at Director of IT for one of the Top 10 Minneapolis ISPs. He is extremely versatile in several operating systems, including Linux, Unix, Windows, and Macintosh. He provides the network/systems support for ShoutLife.com to ensure speed and constant uptime.

Hauns lives in Minnesota with his wife Laurie and children, Lucas, Sam, Josh and Lydia.




Paul, Steve, Steve and Hauns have been involved with many various web endeavors since 1996, and they once again came together to create another unique website: ShoutLife.com. ShoutLife.com officially launched in December of 2006. ShoutLife.com is a free social networking website that focuses on being a safe and clean environment that is user-friendly, yet feature-rich.

Although ShoutLife.com is free, we do incur substantial ongoing costs. To help subsidize these costs, we do promote quality media, such as music artists, authors, comics, organizations, etc... we also happily accept any donations. :)
